Yves Development, in partnership with Vine Development, has won the bid to acquire the currently vacant Vermilion Middle School located at 935 Decatur Street, Vermilion, Ohio. The Development Team intends to strategically redevelop the property and deliver a product that is community oriented and fills voids within the City of Vermillion. The Yves Development team is excited to work with the Community, City of Vermillion and Erie County Officials, on this project and look forward to a collaborative and community-oriented process.
