Yves Development had the pleasure of presenting the Jefferson Hill Townhomes. This project will bring 14 townhomes to the Tremont Neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio and will provide a significant investment in community infrastructure. The project will consist of replacing a failing retaining wall structure and stabilizing a currently unused hill side that is actively eroding into the Tow Path. This stabilization effort will not only transform the underutilized hillside into a productive site, it will provide for a safer natural environment and bring life to the Tow Path.
